A wonderful, clean taste, with notes of nuts, caramel, milk chocolate & red berries. If you think all decafs are shit, give this a go. If you don't like it, tell us and we will give your money back, no questions asked.
Mountain Water Process is unique non-chemical decaffeination process that uses the clear waters from the highest mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba to gently remove the caffeine from the green beans.
The green beans are sent for decaffeination at the Mountain Water facility and immersed in the flowing water in order to extract the caffeine content. The water preserves the soluble flavour components of the green beans and this protects the original characteristics of the coffee. The caffeine is extracted, and the Pure Mountain Water Process Decaffeinated green beans are now 99.9% caffeine free.
