Refund policy
We are currently only delivering within the UK but hope to change this soon. Please allow 2 working days for your coffee to be roasted and dispatched. This may be slightly longer during busy periods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us before you send any items back.
In-store Collection
We are offering a free in-store collection service from our Edinburgh shop. If you choose this option, your items will be ready for pick-up, if purchased during our opening times, usually within an hour of placing your order; you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. We ask that you collect your order in no more than 5 days after receiving the "your order is ready for collection" notification. If, for some reason, you are unable to collect, please get in touch with us ASAP so that we can make other delivery arrangements or issue a refund. If you fail to notify us and your order contains perishable items, i.e. coffee, we reserve the right to charge a £10 wastage fee or 50% of the price of the perished goods, whichever is less, as we truly hate wasting our tasty tasty coffee and if you just let us know, we will make sure to avoid this.
